Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE)

Thanks to the powers that be (the EECS administrator) and the cooperation of the XCF, Berkeley UPE now has its very own room for the first time ever!

But we need help to move all our stuff from 346 Soda into this new room: we need to:

• clean up the place
• localize the existing servers
• make it professional, presentable, and welcoming
• ask XCF what they'd like to have moved out or discarded
